👍👍 We took an uber from central Lisbon to Praia de São João beach (€19), amazing waves would recommend for experienced surfers. Amazing views and lots of great restaurants all around the cost of the beach. I would also recommend to stay a bit longer for the sunset.

👍👍 Beautiful view, loooong. Clean, golden sand, cold Atlantic, surfers' beach, not very large waves but not for swimming, still fun for all. Changing rooms, showers, food, drink, ice creams. Sand castles. Not very crowded. Free parking.

😐 The beach is nice and near a good coffee but i would recommend walking further down to other beaches with a more natural set

👍 Nice beach. One of the better ones we have been. Quite expensive restaurant tho. Umbrellas 25 euros as in different beach 12 euros for whole day. Quite big difference. Big waves but still enjoyed our stay.

👍👍 Went here on a day trip while visiting Lisbon. Beautiful sandy beach, clean and spacious. Frequented by surfers. Perfect for sunset watching! There are a couple of nice bars / restaurants near the beach.
