😠 Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service. My delivery is 2 weeks late and whenever I call to ask about it, I am told the same thing that they will contact me to schedule a different delivery time and date. I have made 5 phone calls and not once have they actually ended up reaching out to me...

😠 Purchased an A/C unit with their installation service, and they keep changing the installation day for more than two weeks. And when they send the technicians they are only interested in looking for ways of charging some more extra money above the fixed rate offered by Leroy Merlin. Never again.

😠 The worst service I've ever experienced in Portugal. The staff doesn't even care to help and they look at the customers as if they are bothering them. Even getting a cart is a problem. Bad store.
