👍 Great room. The only negatives are no shampoo, conditioner, or a bar of soap. You had to pay for these things that should be included at this price. We never met anyone, so it was impersonal; however, when I asked a question on What's App, they quickly responded.

👍👍 Didn't stay at Pine House due to having to cancel my holiday. Their customer service in helping us cancel and save what we could of the booking was exceptional. I can only imagine what the service is like in the hotel itself, will stay if we get get back to Faro
