😠 Se possível nem 1 estrela atribuía. No espaço de 30 dias o meu avô caiu 2x nessas instalações. Errar é humano? É! Mas errar duas vezes? Num idoso que vinha com indicações do hospital que não tinha equilíbrio nem podia mover-se sozinho? Incompreensível. Felizmente já o tiramos de lá!
