😐 Funcional, falta de recursos humanos e urgência mais alargada.

😠 Slow service. They don't answer the phone most od the times. People were unfriendly at the desk and took much lunch big lunch breaks than what is their supposed lunch hour... What should be a reference center in the north is a disgrace... Almost impossible to schedule anything without a huge delay.....
