😠 Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service. My delivery is 2 weeks late and whenever I call to ask about it, I am told the same thing that they will contact me to schedule a different delivery time and date. I have made 5 phone calls and not once have they actually ended up reaching out to me...

The technician came and asked me for extra €100 for the cleaning the pipe and the pipe fee. If I don’t agree, he said I need to pay around €40 for the visit fee. It’s a kind of cheating....

🫤 Unpleasant to shop in, looks and feels dated and impersonal. Not the best prices or goods variety either. May be fine if you spot the occasional bargain otherwise go somewhere else.
