😠 Non pleasant customer experience.We bought faucet for bathroom- and it was defective. We returned it within 10 days and asked for refund. Now for 2 weeks Leroy trying to sell this tab back to us after repairs. And no progress in refund process. No more shopping 🛍️ with greedy lazy Leroy brand

😠 Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service. My delivery is 2 weeks late and whenever I call to ask about it, I am told the same thing that they will contact me to schedule a different delivery time and date. I have made 5 phone calls and not once have they actually ended up reaching out to me...

😠 The worst service I've ever experienced in Portugal. The staff doesn't even care to help and they look at the customers as if they are bothering them. Even getting a cart is a problem. Bad store.

😐 Please note this isn't actually a shop where you can buy things. It's just a showroom. Wish I'd looked more carefully and saved myself the 90 min round trip. 😅
