👍👍 I stayed for two weeks in one of the apartments (airbnb). The truth is that it is a very good area, central, there is a metro station about 7 minutes away walking. There is a shop next to the building, you can buy basic things without going to a far place. The truth 10/10

😠 Be wary of poor hydroisolation at basement (storage unit) level. This will cause structural issues onwards so definitely do not buy.
