😠 Deadline was not met. The complex (Exigent Plaza Residence Phase 3) is still not usable by the people that already paid in full for their apartments. The deadline was set on 28th of Feb 2021 and some of the utilities are still not in place on August 9th 2021.

🫤 The apartments are spacious. We have been moved for 3 years, and at the beginning everything was ok, especially quiet. Unfortunately, in the last year the discomfort appeared.
