👍👍 Within 20 minutes to the city centre. Relatively new and modern complex. 11 blocks of flats and a generous car park. Playground and green areas.

👍👍 Luxury real estate apartments with acces to shops, restaurants and a bistro nearby. There are supermarkets, private clinics and one of the biggest parks in Bucharest within walking distance. Definitely a great place to live if you are looking for the highest standards of comfort.

👍👍 I know the complex very well. The atmosphere inside, the silence, the feeling of safety, have no equal in Bucharest. Low maintenance, top services.

😠 Deadline was not met. The complex (Exigent Plaza Residence Phase 3) is still not usable by the people that already paid in full for their apartments. The deadline was set on 28th of Feb 2021 and some of the utilities are still not in place on August 9th 2021.

🫤 The apartments are spacious. We have been moved for 3 years, and at the beginning everything was ok, especially quiet. Unfortunately, in the last year the discomfort appeared. Many parties until the morning with loud music, drills during the "hodina" program, both during the week and at the weekend....

👍👍 I stayed for two weeks in one of the apartments (airbnb). The truth is that it is a very good area, central, there is a metro station about 7 minutes away walking. There is a shop next to the building, you can buy basic things without going to a far place. The truth 10/10
