🫤 This place is upscale and nice enough but the staff is for the lack of a better word, incompetent. They don't take notes and don't know what to bring you. A simple coffee with milk will get you just coffee and milk was a no show. It eventually came after the coffee was cold. Scattered attention span...

🫤 all the hotel was pretty ugly but that’s ok for the price, the problem is that we went to the restaurant at 21:45 and they said that we couldn’t eat because they needed to close at 23, in the end they let us eat a fast pizza

😠 Slow, the coffee is not real coffee, a taste like is made from leftovers. The food smells good but that is all. No taste. The bread is stale. One star is too much.

😠 The customer service is kind of passive- agressive just for ordering something that they didn't expect you to order and sometimes rude making remarks about you not tipping them even if the quality of the service was poor.

👍👍 Am mâncat meniul zilei, cred ca e singurul loc din oraș unde poți manca piftie(răcituri) la meniu. Preturile un pic high, dar ca raport calitate-pret suta la suta merita.
