🫤 We took 2 rooms but none of them has hot water for shower. We have informed them several times yet no response. One of the toilet has broken muslim shower. Again complained several times but no response.

😠 Bathroom's sink was not maintained and broke as soon as I touched it. Hotel made me pay a penalty without even considering the reason why the equipment broke. Really disappointed, this is unfair!

😠 It was dirty. Especially, the bed was not clean. It was smelly and hard rock. The bed is not comfortable at all. I have been to many hotels and I rest well in the bed but not this time. Expensive when compared to its status
