👍👍 Really clean environment, with adequate mix of squat racks, free weights and machines. Particularly enjoyed the fact that they have 6 squat racks here, making it easier to get workouts done 😊

👍👍 Professional and friendly trainers here. Gym facilities are top notch. A very motivating and encouraging environment, with little to no crowd. I have visited multiple public gyms before but extreme fitness has really left a positive impression. I would sure recommend people to frequent this gym.

😠 beautiful gym but horrible customer service. super nice while signing up as a new member but afterwards they make you feel like they don't care. asking for help will be deemed as such a huge burden

👍👍 Fitness workz is a very good place to gym! It's spacious and alot of equipments available for use. There is a steam room too! If you are member of hometeamNS, the membership price of fitness is super cheap! I really like this place!

👍👍 First time to the swimming pool after long absence, maybe,5 plus years. Facilities are newly renovated , flocked by sports lovers, young and old. Will be frequently visiting the pool for a relaxing lap. Saturday and Sunday have drawn more patronizers throughout the whole day compared to weekdays.
