😠 Calling their phone is an absolute waste of time as they never answer. Ironically, as you wait for the twentieth time to be answered, the phrase keeps repeating "your call is very important to us". It is disappointing to see this level of hypocrisy and unprofessionalism.

👍👍 Entering the store and being greeted, wanting to help you without having asked, and the good disposition and attitude of the staff makes shopping at toys a good experience. Congratulations to the selection department. Thanks to the store team. We love to go.
