👍 Traveled here on the local bus from Tossa Dr Mar. Having got off at the main bus station it was not far to walk to the beach and along the cliff top path to climb up the rocky headline or further if you wish to. Nice sandy edge inlet swimming shallows. Well worth a day trip and worth the bus price....

👍 Pretty nice and wide beach with some bars, restaurants and parks. The water is clean but it gets deep from 5-metres away from the shore. There is too little shallow area for the kids. Most of Platja Gran is a free zone which would be perfect for those who carry umbrellas.
