👍👍 I spontaneously went to Ladies & Gents for the first time last week. I cut, curled and tinted my hair at Alexandra's and was very pleased with the result. She listened and made her own suggestions, but above all she did what I asked, which is appreciated. I would love to go back again!

😠 Very bad attention the lady with glasses didn't give me any information at all about their services. I needed help because I don't understand swedish and she just said "check the website" I felt a little racism there.

👍👍 Wonderful staff, very helpful. They also use hot wax and a spatula to apply not the roll-on cassette. The spatula method gives much better results. After looking at and trying many salons in Stockholm I was super happy to find Harmony Spa.

😠 Half of my hair was cut off when asked to save the hair. It was supposed to be "evened out" but it was cut completely askew. My bangs are 1cm shorter on one side. Was told "it grows out" by the hairdresser

👍👍 She is talented and has good knowledge! Strongly recommend. Did microneedling, hydrojelly mask and chakra crystal treatment! Left the session feeling lighter in spirit! As well as the scar tissue and ingrown hairs that I previously had have improved! I felt like I was in safe hands!

😐 They are not that good, i don't get all these 5 star reviews to be honest. I went there a couple of times to cut my hair and colour the roots, even my son and husband got their hair cuts 3 times. Nothing spectacular, very average every time. Also expensive, so we're not going here anymore.

😠 Akta er! En kvinna förlorade sitt bröst pga bakterie från deras klinik och nu är en annan inlagd på sjukhuset för infektion i armen och öppna operationsår som de inte tar ansvar för. Vill ni dö så är detta perfekt ställe att operera sig på tydligen

😠 It was a nightmare. The guy who did my feet cut and pulled my toenails and cuticles with pliers and scissors so two of my toes started bleeding profusely. I said ouch several times but it didn't seem to bother him. afterwards I saw that he both cut way too much (see picture!!) and painted sloppily....
