👍👍 En riktigt bra box med mycket engagerade och kunniga coacher som är genuint intresserade av ens personliga utveckling. Utan coachernas approach hade jag aldrig fastnat för crossfit utan sett förbi denna ”fluga”. Rekommenderas!

👍👍 If you want to train in a safe and effective way with extremely experienced instructors, I can warmly recommend The spot by Healthy Body. I have attended several different sessions and all equally effective but with their different qualities. It's often a lot of fun too!

👍👍 Grymt gym. Tränat kampsport för mycket länge sen. Tyvärr finns det bara ”vanliga” gym förutom just Hitio. Som skrivits tidigare så känns gymmet som hemma :) trevlig och duktig personal och jag har hittat tillbaka till kampsporten igen. Hela familjen tränar på gymmet.
