👍👍 Grymt gym. Tränat kampsport för mycket länge sen. Tyvärr finns det bara ”vanliga” gym förutom just Hitio. Som skrivits tidigare så känns gymmet som hemma :) trevlig och duktig personal och jag har hittat tillbaka till kampsporten igen. Hela familjen tränar på gymmet. Love it!!

Although theiir website is only in Swedish, they reply quickly to emails in English and trainer explained exercises and wod separately to me in English as well. He was also very attentive to check my technique and give helpful tips. Nice box...

👍👍 Awesome workout, a combo between cardio and strength. You will alternate between running on a treadmill and use weights on the floor. Specially for you that need a push in the right direction. The staff are nice and knows how to motivate you. The classes last for an hour.
