👍👍 In my opinion, its the best place in öland. I liked the history of the place, surroundings and deep blue water. U get a medieval feelings. The sea reminds me of blue water of Greece

👍👍 This place can best be appreciated together with the exhibition about sandbyborg and it's excavation in kalmar in the Kalmar läns museum and gråborg, in the middle of öland. Only a fraction of the place has been inspected yet and many questions remain unanswered up until now.

😐 Interesting place to drop in if you happen to be in the area. The castle ruins itself is quite simple but the walls are well-preserved. From here, you get some nice views of the town.
