😠 Trained here a few times but switched to Physics because the people and staff were generally unpleasant and unhelpful in Gårda. Have also talked to others who said they didn't get what they wanted out of their training and changed them.

Large and fresh gym, good machines. There are most of them. Good to have toilets in the facility so you don't have to go into the changing room. Good ventilation.
Cons : No free parking, they use Parkster.
Stop: Almedal, very close to walk from the stop.

👍 Adding new equipment consistently. Nice ambience....for the most part people do clean up after themselves. Lockers in locker room are taken permanently, people think they own that locker. Staff is nice.
