👍👍 An incredibly good gym with a great professional staff!
Good machines and weights in the gym and gym sessions that are reasonably timed during the day and give a nice workout soreness the next day.
Nor a gym that is open with windows facing the street, but you can train in peace.

😐 Best equipment in helmstad. Some guys working out are taking it to the extreme level. I stop early mornings on the way to work. Some crazy guy screaming and throwing weights on the floor at 0500 or 0600. What a wake up call.

🫤 Bad hours don't suit my working hours, I hope it opens from 5am instead of 6.30am. You cannot use all the benefits such as group training or massage room and other compared to the amount paid per month SEK 499 is very expensive also the sauna room is very small..... otherwise! Good gym, nice people...

🫤 It is sad that the municipality manages this sports arena so poorly. Things that wear out and break take months and sometimes years to fix. The information desk is never staffed, and the restaurant is almost never open (at least not when there are events going on and regular people want to eat there...
