😠 Very bad customer service. Made a reservation with paying extra for rebooking Guarantee. On of our children got ill a few days before with breathing problems and we wanted to cancel the reservation with our rebooking Guarantee (as camping in a tent wasnt possible due to illness).

😠 Genomgående dåligt ! ogästvänlig personal ! messy, dirty and disorganize place ! this place is in need of renovation and is situated beside one of the largest papper pulp mill in Sweden. hardly a convenience for bed and breakfast .. I am chocked people can give this place a five star....!
