👍👍 Cozy gym where you get a lot of help with getting started, but also with continuing to train after the first time! Fresh and there is a lot of machinery and equipment. The staff are personable and engaged without being pushy. They can help with how to train based on, for example, a certain injury....

🫤 The swimming pool is not very nice for training. The water is too warm for constant swim and there is too much chlorine! There are only 2 lanes left for speed swim. In general people do not wear caps (which I thought was always a rule), therefore you meet hairs from other people. I hope these things...
