😠 Very untrained staff. I ordered a chai latte and got a rude server coming out asking if I needed coffee in it, & did not know how to make it. Then got served somewhat warm milk with tea bag still in. Very disappointing

😠 1. They claim to be Italian but they are not. Having a picture of the Fontana di Trevi doesn’t make you Italian. 2. Coffee and cappuccino were terrible. 3. Not many sweet choices. 4. Expensive 5. Could have added more mozzarella and tomato in the ciabatta.
