😠 Sämsta hyresvärden. Köpte hyreshuset jag bodde i, knackade på dörren, introducerade sig inte och sa att hyran skulle höjas, sa inte hur mycket och gick direkt! Omöjlig att få tag på, avråder starkt från hyra lägenhet från dem.

😠 I do no recommend this building because the price is not proportionate to the size of the room and the building location. They are also incorrect in returning the deposit.

😠 Svåra att få tag på. Lyssnar inte och verkar inte bry sig om sina hyresgäster utan dom får tjata för att något ska hända. Dock så har dom en jättebra vaktmästare

😠 The maintenance people are pleasant but the woman who works the office is one of the rudest people I've ever seen.

😠 Not recommend this place to students. They trying to get as much money as they can from you. You need to pay for everything: calls (if smth urgent and after working hours), professional cleaning, etc. Furthermore, vacuum cleaners and irons are unavailable for more than 5 months.
