😠 During cataract op of eye 2, my doctor tells me to keep my eye still. Do everything to keep your eyes still.
If it doesn't work, then the doctor angrily asks if he should cancel the procedure.
I answer "no".
Nurse asks if I want to hold her hand. My answer was "yes".

😠 Horrible! They are making money by overbooking people. The government pays them per patient. I had to wait 75 minutes for a booked apointment that lasted a few minutes. What they are doing should be a crime.
