😐 Big store, but definitely a larger room for improvement. Cat food assortment may be wider, for sure, especially wet food. Cat litter selection is also limited and expensive.

👍 Var ute på en joggingrunda och fick akut vattenbrist, som resulterade i mitt (hittils) enda besök på Mälargårdar. Köpte en ramlösa som jag kunde betala med mobilen (Google pay), då jag inte hade plånboken med mig. Mycket trevlig personal och välkyld ramlösa.

😠 Very bad customer service. Called several times, no one answered. It says on the website that they offer nail trimming in the store, but no times are available at all.
