Best places: Open air museums in Sydväst, Sweden

2-block site with exhibits on local history & culture, plus open-air activities & a cafe in gardens.

👍👍 Nice and outdoorsy. Not great with pram and not lots of buildings, but a lovely place to walk in how it use to look. Resturant is very nice but prizy, starters from about 150 sek and main meals at about 300sek. If you're a foodsie It's worth it but if you're on a budget, bring a picnic.

👍 Nice outdoor experience with old Swedish houses from the 17th century. Worth a visit, especially with kids. Free but possible to leave a donation.

An open-air museum, beautiful Viking huts, many different things that remind us of the history of those times. You can see how the Vikings lived, where they ate. There are also attracti...

👍 Unfortunately it's not a season yet, a little something needs to be done... But definitely worth seeing. The best view over the Bengtfors and directly above the trolley route
