😠 Booked an appointment with them for threading. That lady from reception used tweezers in place of threading. I asked and she said my friend use thread but i don't. Nor she applied any cream after the job done. Even brows were not shaped good. Was bad experience than going to any normal small shop.

👍 Went in for advice on the hair, got a lot of good tips and even a light touch up for free in 5 minutes as I was incredibly unhappy with my haircut. Waiting for the 5 star depending on my next hairdresser visit 👍
