😐 Well maintained gym, although the ventilation is poor. Knocked a star off my review because the prices for a day pass are getting ridiculous these days. Can cost over $400 for a day pass at weekends. Not an issue for those with a monthly pass unless you're looking to introduce friends to climbing....

👍👍 抱石是唯一能讓我玩超過3小時的運動，通體舒暢！搬到宜蘭市空間變大，有很多地方可暖身、收操。有洗腳池、乾爽又寬敞的廁所，置物空間也多。路線也很足，只有V1偏無聊其他都很好。舒服到有感，不然其實我很懶得留評論的😂😂😂爬一爬很好轉換心情，每次都能有不同體會，對可以加強的地方也更有方向💪
