😠 I went yesterday at 3:05pm becuz I was working and was rudely turned away by the security saying that they close at 3pm, I brought it to his attention that the sign said 3:45pm and he told me I cud go somewhere else and pay my bill... poor service

🫤 As a person who works in the public service , I had a first-hand experience with poor customer service at this location. It was the most embarrassing situation seeing staff quarrel in front of clients. Staff at this office need training on customer service and office etiquette.
