Best places: Doner kebab restaurants in Çankaya, Turkey

😠 The prices are very high. You won't see prices like these anywhere else in Ankara only here. There are no price lists or menus around so you don't even know how much you're gonna pay before the check comes. I ate one döner and desert and paid 120 liras. Absolutely ridiculous won't ever go back there...

👍👍 I don't know why but whenever I go to Kızılay my taste buds lead me to the cici piknik :) it's a small eat and go place. At peak times it could be hard to find a seat. Prices are a little bit high nonetheless it's worth every single penny .

👍 It is one of the famous doner shops of the Red Crescent, but the doner kebab, which I remember as being more delicious in the past, did not have the same taste this time. The bread was mediocre, the doner kebab could have been more juicy. It's still a good alternative for those who don't like doner...

👍👍 Açıkçası ben Ankara'da meşhur olan ve daha önce başka bir şubesinde döner yediğm özler doner diye taksicinin götürmesi sebebi ile gittim fakat anladinmi özler degilmis ama dedilerki ozler dönersen ayrılan usta burayı almış döneri aynı hiç fark yok rahatlıkla yiyebilirsin bende inandım o yüzden otu...

😐 An affordable, artisan doner restaurant style place. We went to eat around 15.00 and they said they only had chicken doner. We paid 58 TL for 2 doner kebab and 2 ayran, but the doner kebab wasn't very tasty either.

😠 Tavuk döneri -Allah affetsin- aşşşırı kötüydü. Kupkuru ve sossuz tatsız bişeydi, 3ümüz de bitiremedik. Bir de sorduk yani Hatay usulü mü diye, evet dediler. Sanırım aşçı hatay diye fısıldıyo dönere bi kez onu hatay usulü sanıyorlar. İçerisi de aşırı sıcaktı. Kısacası gidin başka bir yerde yiyin.

😠 SR Döner Pişmanlıktır gerçekten bana bunu dün gösterdiler, tavuk döneri o kadar lezzetsiz ki , patates kızartması az, kola az ve asidi gitmiş bildiğiniz şekerli su, çalışanlar ilgisiz, alakasız. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Dönerin iğrenç tadını tuzu fazla atarak bastırmak istemiş olacaklar ki lokma başına bir kaşık tuz düşüyor, içinde tavuktan geriye kalan kıkırdak ve deriyi bol miktarda bulabilirsiniz.
