😐 The building design planner does not have a good plan, the parking place for 500 occupancy is less than 50, which is 10%, how business will develop if there is no alternative means, do something, use temporary resident parking for less than 1-2 hours stop and use vallet system.

👍👍 Great location and amazing building. Best investment I ever made. A wonderful view from our unit on the 26th floor towards Dubai Marina and Burj al Arab. And having a supermarket right in the building is the icing on the cake.

😐 Great location at the entry of JLT with a lot of convenience around the store (Zoom, pet shop, restaurants, pharmacy, gym). It is a a bust building however with very slow elevators and long waiting time especially during rush hours. Pool doesn’t get much sun and the gym equipment need an overhaul.
