🫤 The queues on telephone for an appointment are ridiculous and when u finally get through after 30mins there is NEVER an appointments available. Some of the call centre staff are rude and should receive customer service training. If you do ever get an appointment the wait time to see a doctor around...

😠 This has to be the worst hospital in the U.K. The wait times are outrageous. I dropped my mum off on the 23/4/22 11PM, it’s currently 6AM Sunday morning and she’s only been seen by a nurse.
