🫤 I got given a single room when I payed for a double room, there was some black marks at the bottom of the toilet and when going for a shower I tried turning the cold tap and it fell off.

😠 Wouldn’t stay here again in the condition it’s in now, paid 100 pounds for family of 4 for 1 night the room was small had 1 double bed and bunk bed would say the room was more suitable for 2 people. 😠 Room was shower cubicle had no door just a shower curtain, tv didn't work,, mismatched decor and furniture, no wardrobe so had live out suitcases. Very noisy at night due to water pipes. All in all very disappointed to be honest any future visit here they would have pay me to stop
