😠 Attended 10 minutes before my 2.15pm appointment today. Hadn't been seen by 2.50pm. I had other commitments, so I had to abandon the appointment. If they are running late, surely they could call the customers who are due to attend and advise them to come in later or rearrange. Not impressed.
