😠 This practice is an absolute joke. The receptionist act and behave like immature street girls. There is absolutely nothing professional about them. The doctors are good for nothing. 😠 I've been with a few surgery's in Bolton, but this has to be the worst! They NEVER pick up the phone and when they do, they are extremely rude! The receptionists seem to thin they are actual doctors......just learn to pick up the handset and be polite would be a start.

👍 All of the Doctors I see at this surgery are great, good manner about them, succinct when answering your queries and cannot fault them. Previously administrative staff were a problem but the last couple of times I have dealt with them, they have been much better.
