👍 Really fun evening, family friend was djing on the night I went. Very nice vibe and atmosphere. Everyone friendly, watched the boxing, played some VR games, bf played street fighter with other customers on the PlayStation. Highly recommended, will definitely return again.

👍👍 Very good toy store overall, I have had lego sets out of them over a few years and always have good prices for a small company. I wanted something from them and they were fair and did price match against another retailer. All in all friendly and helpful defently a place to go for toys

😠 The woman who serve (tall skinny dark hair) was very rude, she was trowing my stuff of front of me. Argos, get life to those people !!! Very slow service, likely 6-10 min to reach the cashier, other 5-8 min for collection. Double checks on seals, Argos sometime reseal returned goods.

😠 Terrible experience today when I came in misinformed by their online service I would receive a refund on an order. Entirely dismissed and terrible management. No customer service skills in this store, unfortunately

😠 Just had to collect some toys for Christmas, the worst customer service I've ever had. Her name was Ellie, Argos you can do better so many hard working polite people out give them Ellie job.

😠 Didn't have my item despite click and collect indicating it would be ready from 9am that day. Manager EXTREMELY rude and did not even apologise. When I suggested maybe they could deliver it to the intended recipient (it was a gift) her response was 'ok that will be £5 extra for delivery'. When I po...
