👍👍 This was such a great yoga studio. I stopped by to take three classes while I was in town for the week. It was kind of similar to the vinyasa flow yoga that I take back home. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and I really love that it was hot steam for the heat!

👍👍 A friendly, inclusive yoga class suitable for all abilities. I started out a beginner unaware of the benefits of yoga, now I can't recommend it enough! Saro is a welcoming, supportive teacher and Energy Yoga is the perfect way to relax after a stressful day in the office.
