😠 I find the vets are not particularly pet friendly. They offered no introduction to my dogs...not a friendly word or pat. Trimmed dew claws on both young dogs ..both bled and cost £28 which I find was a bit over priced for a 2 minute simple procedure.

👍👍 Ftom the experiences I’ve had here at West Road branch I can’t fault it. Caring , kind and efficient staff . Nicely laid out waiting area .. Parking easy at the front entrance. Usually very punctual and efficient. When my cat was in the hospital they care for me as well as her Brilliant service.
