👍👍 It's cheap, it's clean, staff are nice, it's in a safe and convenient location that has parking by the Sainsburys. Not 24 hours, sadly, but opening hours are very good nonetheless. Basically, it's a solid no frills gym for a good price.

😐 Good tennis courts, passable squash one, a well-enough equipped gym. A comfortable 'local' leisure centre. Not really comparable to the big corporate chains...but then it's not as expensive!

😠 Equipment is ript doesn't look clean at all the cost has gone up when other places are actually lower and value for money I wouldn't recommend this place based on the Equipment that looks old and the monthly memberships way Iver priced I'll stick to my other gym.
