👍👍 The Restorative Pilates class is one I really look forward to! Slow stretching to ease out the stresses of the week then a focus on breathing to total relaxation. Gemma is fantastic and talks you through each step. I am looking forward to the next one in the new year. Xx

👍👍 Great equipment, great fitness coaches and physio's. The range of classes is brilliant. You can find a class for all fitness levels. My fitness has improved greatly as has my confidence with exercising.
