😠 Paid for silver service for my bike, the next day on my commute the pedal fell off. They insisted it was coincidence, but agreed to fix it for free. I felt badly treated and gas lighted. In addition, bike was returned dirty and I'm not convinced my bike was given a proper service. Never going back.

👍👍 Amazing experience with these guys- I took my bike in for a rear wheel replacement and Tek sorted it out in 15 minutes- professional, reasonably priced and he even adjusted my gears and brakes for me. I've been working on bikes for years but from now on if I can't fix it, I'll take it to Tek!
