👍👍 Lovely old building used for community and arts projects and groups. The decor is clearly aged and yes the downstairs loos have seen better days but a wonderful space 10 minutes from Limehouse DLR station. It so important to keep these spaces open and support by donations of any amount.

👍👍 I photographed a wedding here at the start the end of 2021 and it's one of my favourite venues in London. The staff are lovely and it's like a well oiled machine. There are some really cool spots around Chelsea for portraits and also some cool pubs for drinks before and after ceremonies.
