👍👍 LOVE these sauna baths, a really great variety of heats, sooo good for you. New plunge ice pools and free tea in the winter. The energy feels very gender neutral and non threatening to women. Lovely staff and generally an ace vibe! Big recommendations.

👍👍 The TRIYOGA facilities are clean and efficiently run by very helpful Staff. The Teachers are all well vetted and Superstars in my eyes. There is also healthy nutritious Top Drawer food available, cooked daily on site. Worth popping in just for the food. It is Tasty Vegan and Vegetarian food.

👍👍 A staff there named Clive, he never stops working at a Saturday night 930pm and deep cleaning both of the changing rooms and does this every week. To keep the nice place clean as it does have a reputation of having poor hygiene. Recommend this gym changing rooms are spotless. 💪🏻
