👍 A very welcome open space and gardens tucked away in one corner of Reading town centre. The place is inviting and well looked after. Unfortunately there’s no public car park at the site but a short distance away.

Founded in 1121, the extant ruins of this abbey include gardens, a gateway & dormitory for pilgrims.

😐 Great local venue for a theatre. Seats comfortable, if a little crowded. Not impressed with the ladies bathroom however. Mould on the drier? And political affiliations left on the door.

👍👍 Very well planned and well built business park with plenty of open space, bus service, few shops and well sign posted. It gives a nice feeling of breath of fresh environment while you work.

👍👍 The Maiwand lion is an imposing monument to the 328 members of the Royal Berkshire Regiment who lost their lives in the battle of Maiwand in Afghanistan way back in 1880. The lion atop this huge block weighs around 80 times that of a real lion.

👍 Nice Place with open gym, kids play area, cricket Pitch, football and basketball field. My dog loves going there for a walk , needs a bit of maintenance sometimes.
