😠 Horrible store. Refuse to give a student discount because the staff said: “we know you are not buying this shirt for yourself”. I have my student ID AND using my own money with my card to buy it! She also said “it’s just 10% off anyway, not that much money”. Inconsiderate staff, finding tons excuses...

😠 Extremely unhelpful, very late in getting deposit back (over a month) unreasonable charge of £80 for cleaning when the place was spotless. Flat was untidy and filled to the brim with the previous tenants stuff when we moved in, sink had a massive chunk missing, bits of the fridge broken when we move...
