😠 Why can't you have the parcel collection window open longer?? 2pm closed, why? The reason people have to use the window is because they missed the parcel.due to working. We are still working at 2pm!!! You need to get in the real world and keep it open.

😠 Basil Fawlty couldn’t be ruder than the obnoxious woman behind the counter. A warning to any potential customer - don’t touch anything- you’ll get told off. Simply look or guess the quality of an item - don’t dare inspect or pick anything up or the KGB will hunt you down.

😐 Newspapers, magazines and books etc plus all you your stationery needs are met. The staff are not the politest I've met, but you can use the self service till instead. Handy as it is in the Grosvenor Center.

👍 Really nice stationery place, with lots of cheap prices. They have a variety of everything, from notebooks and pens to retro consoles and whiteboards etc. However, there is some swearing on some of the products but a letter of the word is normally covered up — but not too well. I hope this review...
