👍👍 A great gym, very friendly. The staff go above and beyond, always willing to help. I have been to many a gym's and this gym is the longest I've stayed at (years and years!) and wouldn't think of changing!

👍👍 Wonderful staff and great atmosphere. The one gym in my long decades of going to gyms that I can feel at home and feel I'm making progress. All down to the incredibly helpful and friendly team. Always so ready to help and encourage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

👍👍 I attend Jo’s Zumba Gold classes twice a week and absolutely love it. It is easy to follow her routines and there is no pressure to be perfect. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her classes.

👍👍 Great gym. Friendly atmosphere and good for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or not. John is really helpful and helps with form and use of machines. Good selection of equipment and machines to help achieve any type of goal.
