😠 Ticket machine didn't work. Hardly any spaces. My car blew up. My remaining child almost died (The other one got fed to Tesco and died). I brought them to hospital and they were saved. Came back, and got a ticket.

😠 Disappointed to find the car park is automated and you can only pay by phone. Whilst this is not a problem for me, you have to think about people who don't have a phone or who are not so technical. There should definitely be a choice available to pay by cash if that's preferred by the customer.
